Raision Vuokra-asunnot Oy is a city-owned rental housing company that offers homes for all stages of life. There are housing options in both apartment houses and row houses, both in the city center and near nature. New houses are also actively developed and built, listening to current residents and those that considering moving.

Retta Management Oy is responsible for managing Raisio's rental housing companies, processing applications and selecting tenants. Applying for a rental apartment starts by filling out an electronic application or submitting an apartment application to Retta Management's office.
