Krookila Local History Museum At the idyllic Krookila you step into the grounds of a one-hundred-year-old country house. You can take part in celebrations, events, demonstrations of past times activities and crafts and exhibitions. The house offers delicious banquet and lunchtime food. You can make a reservation to take your friends to a genuine Finnish smoke sauna. During the summer there are theatre performances. At the end of August Krookila is one of the venues for the ’Raisio Days’ festival. The Friisilä Workshops If you make crafts a hobby or you like nature, make your way to the Friisilä Workshops. They are situated close to nature but still in the heart of the town. Here you will find workshop and exhibition activities connected with crafts and nature. You will find an information point for the entire area and a café in the candle workshop.
